We are working closely and regularly with a company that designs and manufactures bespoke lighting and fibre optics lighting systems. These are often used in illumination at airports, prestige buildings, stores etc. A&B Engineering, working closely with our highly skilled design engineers, were challenged with designing an assembly that would incorporate a heat sink module. 


One of our long-standing customers asked us to produce a sweeping arm mechanism for a lapping machine. Measurements were taken from the machine and initially hand drawn. 


A&B Engineering and their highly experienced team of engineers and designers were asked by an existing customer of nearly twenty years to assist in the production of a range of new products for several high-end audio units. The new models, although similar to their existing units, had to be more high tech but only approximately one third of the original size. 


For this customer we are involved in producing parts for secure computer cabinets, and are contracted to produce parts such as fibre optic connectors, ventilation panels and main frames. These cabinets are essential for the housing of computers in airports and government and military buildings. 


For several of our customers we produce prototype and production run connector shells for the aerospace industry using stainless steels, aluminum, alloys, plastics plus some exotic such as hastelloy, titanium, inconel and various other materials.
