CNC Milling
- Haas VF-4D Vertical Milling Centre, X=1270mm, Y=508mm, Z=635mm with 4 th axis. This machine is brand new and only arrived March 2004. It has a side tool changer and 10.000 spindle speed.
- Cincinnati Millacron Arrow 500-21 Tools (working area 500mm x 500mm x 500mm). The finishes on this machine are excellent.
- Bridgeport Interact 720-20 Tools (working area 750mm x 600mm x 500mm). This is a good solid working machine.
- Bridgeport Interact 1 MKII (working area 450mm x 400mm x 400mm)
- Bridgeport VMC 1000-22 Tools (working area 1080mm x 510mm x 500mm). This is a very fast and precise machine.
CNC Turning
- Mazak CNC Lathe Live Tooling 65mm Capacity Multifeed
- Emco Maier 342 (working area up to 200mm diameter x 300mm long). An ideal machine for smaller parts.
- Colchester 2000L (working area up to 300mm diameter x 750mm long)
- Haas SL20 (working area up to 250mm diameter x 500mm long). This machine has both power and precision.
Inspection Equipment
- Mitutoyo Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (working area 500mm x 700mm x 400mm).
- Various inspection equipment.
Advanced CAD / CAM System
- Complete new computer system with all the latest technological updates, installed December 2004
