All our CNC Programming is produced offline in the CAD office, either input manually from a hard copy drawing or from a customer supplied CAD file.

To duplicate a sample part, our precision engineers use advanced measurement and inspection equipment to analyse the component. An exact replica part comes with a detailed report and full ISO draft drawing.

 

On approval, the finished drawing is produced and supplied with a CAD file and model file if required.

We offer sub-contract drafting services and modelling to ISO standards. Most industry standard file formats can be accepted into our software in the CAD office to create fully dimensional and detailed part drawings.

We have been in at the beginning of many new product developments in various industries. For example, in the audio industry, we have been involved in the production of low and high volume complex housing for electronic components from solid aluminium billets.
