The brief

Our task was to design and produce a Monitor Hinge for the BMW X5 In-car Television Monitor.

The process

 

This required several months of close liaison with the design team to produce a working prototype to strict BMW specifications.

The product

 

Several prototype test units were produced, assembled and tested. On final approval from the customer, we manufactured and supplied 1,000 complete kits.
